Happy New Year 2016!

Happy New Year!

With the holidays coming to a close, many of you are excited about making your New Year’s resolutions and sticking to them. For others, after just a few weeks, you may already be thinking about quitting. But it doesn’t have to be that way. You can break the cycle of broken resolutions by taking small steps to reach your goals. Whether you want to improve your health, wealth, change jobs, etc…… You can do it.

The best way to start is always at the beginning; write down all the things you want to improve on in 2016. Make one change a week and keep building on that. If your  health is at the top of your list, schedule a doctor appointment first so you can get the green light on diet and exercise.  Don’t forget about the dentist, dermatologist and eye doctor too. After all, it’s not just about losing weight, its about being healthy from your head to your toes.  If you want to stop smoking, there are plenty of stop smoking aids available on the market. Talk to your doctor and discuss which option is best for you.

I truly believe that DIET, is a four letter word. That is why I think that if you resolve to lose weight, you should focus on trying to get healthy, not necessarily losing weight. By making small, simple changes to your diet like eating healthy snacks such as nuts and fruit, instead of chips, eating whole grain breads instead of white bread and drinking water instead of soda, you will get closer to your goal. If you start to eat healthier, the weight will come off.

What about exercise? Get it out of the way early. Wake up 40 minutes earlier and go for a run, walk or hit the gym.  Getting it done early means no excuses later. Add extra steps to your day by taking the stairs instead of an elevator. Take a 15 min walk on your lunch break and do lunges on your way out the door. Feel like watching tv after a long day, go ahead. But be sure to get up and exercise during commercials. Exercise more and the weight will come off.

We know that changing the way you have been doing things for years is not going to be easy, but with determination and perseverance, you really can do anything that you set your mind to. Remember, slow and steady wins the race~

As this year comes to an end, everyone at Medicationcoupons.com would like to wish all of you a happy and healthy New Year. We hope that we have been able to save you money on your medicine, with our free drug coupons and free discount drug card.

May the New Year bring health, happiness and prosperity to you and your loved ones.
